STATSIQ does not guarantee that all data is exhaustive, real-time, or free from errors.
Nature of the Service
The Platform is provided for informational, analytical, and competitive preparation purposes only. It is intended to assist users operating in a professional esports environment and does not constitute advice, guarantees of performance, or definitive competitive outcomes.
Beta Status
The Platform and its features are currently provided in a beta version. As such, functionalities may be modified, added, limited, or discontinued at any time, and the Service may be subject to interruptions, inaccuracies, or changes during this phase.
3. Eligibility and Access
Eligibility
Access to the Platform is limited to users operating within a professional esports context, including professional organizations and authorized individuals such as players, coaches, analysts, managers, casters, and media professionals.
Users must be at least 13 years of age. Minors are permitted to use the Platform only under the responsibility, authorization, and supervision of a professional organization with which they are affiliated.
Account Requirement
Access to the Platform requires the creation of a user account. Each user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their use of the Service.
Organizational Access
Professional organizations may create and manage multiple user accounts associated with a single organization. The organization remains responsible for the actions and compliance of its authorized users.
STATSIQ reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or revoke access to the Platform if eligibility conditions are not met or if access is used outside of its intended professional scope.
4. Accounts and Security
Account Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. Any activity performed through a user account is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder or the organization to which the account is linked.
Account Use and Sharing
User accounts are intended for individual use. Limited account sharing may be tolerated within a team context strictly for professional and operational purposes. However, all members of a team must hold their own registered user accounts to ensure proper, secure, and compliant use of the Platform.
Single-user credentials may not be used concurrently by multiple individuals. While multiple authorized users from the same organization may access shared team data simultaneously, concurrent sessions on the same user account are not permitted.
Security Measures and Suspension
STATSIQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account or organizational access, without prior notice, for security reasons or for any use that STATSIQ deems inappropriate, non-compliant, or harmful to the Platform, its data, or its users.
STATSIQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user’s failure to safeguard account credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
The Platform may be used solely for professional esports-related activities, including match preparation, performance review, team analysis, and other legitimate operational purposes within a professional esports organization.
Prohibited Use
Users and organizations expressly agree not to:
Scrape, harvest, extract, or systematically collect data from the Platform by automated or manual means


Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, data structures, or underlying models of the Platform


Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data, analytics, or content made available through the Platform


Publicly broadcast, stream, display, or otherwise disclose Platform content without prior written authorization from STATSIQ


Use the Platform for betting, gambling, match fixing, data leaks, or any activity that could compromise competitive integrity


Public Use and Disclosure
Use of Platform content in broadcasts, articles, publications, or on social media is permitted only with prior authorization from STATSIQ. Users and organizations remain fully responsible for any unauthorized disclosure, leaks, or misuse originating from their accounts or personnel.
Responsibility and Enforcement
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their users comply with these acceptable use rules. STATSIQ reserves the right to investigate, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts in the event of misuse, suspected abuse, or violations of this section, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the software, source code, architecture, user interface, user experience, data models, analytics, algorithms, visualizations, designs, and all related documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of STATSIQ SA or its licensors.
No rights or licenses are granted to users except the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms of Use.
User-Generated Content
Users and organizations retain ownership of any content they create or upload to the Platform, such as notes, tags, annotations, or internal assets. STATSIQ does not claim ownership over such user-generated content.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
The Platform may display or incorporate assets, trademarks, data, or content owned by third parties, including but not limited to Riot Games and its affiliates. All such third-party intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owners.
STATSIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or any other third party. Third-party assets are used solely to enhance user comfort, clarity, and understanding within the Platform.
Restrictions
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content, except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with prior written authorization from STATSIQ.
7. Data Accuracy and No Warranty
Data Nature and Accuracy
The data, analytics, and metrics made available through the Platform are provided “as is” and may be incomplete, delayed, subject to updates, or contain inaccuracies. STATSIQ does not warrant that the data is exhaustive, error-free, real-time, or fully accurate at all times.
No Warranty
STATSIQ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, suitability, availability, or performance of the Platform or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
User Responsibility
Any decisions, strategies, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the Platform are made at the sole discretion and risk of the user or organization. STATSIQ shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on the data or analytics provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STATSIQ shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Competitive losses, match results, rankings, or performance outcomes


Financial or economic losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities


Reputational damage or loss of goodwill


Limitation of Liability
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, STATSIQ’s total liability shall be limited to the minimum amount required by law. No refunds or compensation shall be owed except where explicitly mandated by applicable legal provisions.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages
In no event shall STATSIQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or interruption of business activities, even if STATSIQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Subscription and Payments
Subscription Model
Access to the Platform is provided under paid subscription plans offered exclusively to professional organizations through enterprise-level agreements. Subscription terms, features, and pricing are defined at the time of subscription or contract execution.
Billing and Payment
Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as agreed with the subscribing organization. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where refunds are expressly required by applicable law.
STATSIQ reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or subscription conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Payment Enforcement
STATSIQ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform in the event of non-payment, late payment, failed payment attempts, or suspected payment irregularities. STATSIQ also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse payments when deemed necessary.
10. Termination
Termination by Users
Users and organizations may terminate their subscription or cease using the Platform at any time. Termination does not entitle the user or organization to any refund of fees already paid or committed, except where required by applicable law.

STATSIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, in the event of:

Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to the Platform and associated services will be discontinued. User data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Survival
The provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and any contractual obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive termination of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services
Third-Party Services and Data Sources
The Platform relies on and may integrate with third-party services, APIs, and external data providers. These services may include game data providers, streaming platforms, content platforms, or other external systems, whether currently integrated or added in the future.
All third-party services are provided independently and are not operated, controlled, or maintained by STATSIQ.
Disclaimer of Responsibility
STATSIQ assumes no responsibility or liability for the availability, performance, accuracy, reliability, legality, or security of any third-party services, data, or content.
Any outages, interruptions, delays, errors, inaccuracies, or failures originating from third-party services are outside STATSIQ’s control. STATSIQ shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, third-party services or external data.
Use of third-party services in connection with the Platform is subject to the applicable terms and policies of those third parties.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
STATSIQ reserves the right to propose or require the use of arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where legally permitted.
13. Changes to the Terms
Modifications to the Terms
STATSIQ reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion.
Notification of Changes
Changes to the Terms may be communicated to users by any appropriate means, including but not limited to email notification, notices displayed on the Platform, or direct updates to the Terms made available on the Platform. The latest version of the Terms will always indicate the date of last update.
Acceptance of Updated Terms
Continued access to or use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
